Charity Watch.org
The American Institute of Philanthropy has some of the strictest standards in the industry. They rate more than 500 charities on a scale of A+ to F.
Charity Navigator.org
Ratings for 5100 nonprofits on a scale of 0 to 4 stars. Has good Top 10 lists, such as charities overpaying their for-profit fund raisers.

Ratings of financial disclosure on more than 500 evangelical groups on a scale of 1 to 5 stars.
Evangelical Council for Financial Accountability
ECFA accredits Evangelical churches and charities based on such standards as audited financial reports and their own field reviews.
